Available Positions
Tasks and Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment rental, and scheduling.

Manage and oversee event volunteers, including recruitment, training, and task delegation.

Communicate with musicians and technicians to ensure all event requirements are met.

Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and hospitality for performers and guests.

Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, safety regulations, and organizational policies.

Prepare post-event reports, including feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
Eligibility
-
Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period.
-
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.

Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in event planning or arts administration, preferably in music or performing arts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with artists, technicians, and volunteers.

Ability to lead and manage teams, including training and delegating tasks.

Knowledge of safety regulations, permits, and venue logistics.

Proficiency in scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed during events.
